Why Team?

Ever had that feeling of you know you can do it on your own? and while having that idea of doing it on your own, did you ever start asking yourself questions like: who will I get to help me? who will be the right person?

Well, my subject today is TEAM. The reason for this is because we are at the end of another year. I would like you to take a minute or two and only visit the past during this year. Name a couple of high lights and then identify who the people where that helped you or made it possible for you to see or achieve those high lights.

You will find that very seldom people are great winners or great achievers on their own, but you will find that more than 80% of people who have achieved their goals on time followed the TEAM strategy. Although some people might think that they do not want to share the success and the results with some one else, it is seldom the case. Although in a Team, everyone benefits. Whether it is in a sports team, working environment, projects, school or a home revamp, you will find much quicker and better results by doing it in a team than doing it alone. A team needs a plan and then each individual gets their share of responsibilty to manage and to perform with. After combining the results of each team players role, you get to your goal.

I encourage you to become a stronger team player next year, when planning your goals make sure you are involving people. You will build great character in the process, but you will also have the opportunity to help some one else achieve their goal.

Make next year the best year of your life! and remember TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More.

All is well.
